1994 Chrysler Concorde thumping noise

My car makes a loud thumping noise (right middle front) when applying brakes at low speed (30 mph or lower). Brakes work fine. I have put new pads on, sway bar support and right front axel. Noise continues to occur. Have inspected suspension and find nothing wrong.

This is from left field. But I had a thumping noise when the engine was started, and when braking occasionally "” mine was a low level of fluid in the power steering reservoir. Weird.
