2000 Chrysler Cirrus leaking transmission pan gasket

I had a new transmission pan gasket put on last week, and it is leaking again, now I am told I need a new pan, can this be so/

It could be possible but i would hope they would have seen the pan issue when they changed the gasket.Did you come and have the gasket replaced because it was leaking?

The only way the pan usually leak's is if it hit's something and get's bent.
