Brakes problem
2000 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70, 00 miles

We released the emergency brakes but the care will not go forward or backwards. The car was recently vandalize, they took the rims and tires. Do you think they damage the cable and if so, how can we fixed it ourselves

Removing wheels has nothing to do with the brake cables.

I need a bit more detailed info. I am a little vague about releasing the parking brake and the car would not move. Are you pushing the car (with the engine off and the gear shifter at neutral) or with the engine running, the shifter in gear or reverse (LCD screen shows the gear being selected), but the car would not move.
