1997 Chrysler Cirrus leak

I have a leak of engine coolant, it is a brownish yellow colour, it looks to be coming from the top of the engine where the rad hose goes to the engine, I think. Really hard to tell. Any idea where its from and why the colour?

The clamp may need to be tightened some or a new gasket in the inlet. And the color, well that could be a corroded radiator or the kind of coolant being used witch could be dex-cool, a brownish yellow coolant that came out in the early 2000's. But I don't know why it would be in your ninetyseven vehicle.
