1995 Chrysler Cirrus shifting issues

Some times the car wont shift out of first gear but I have been told there is nothing wrong with my transmission and the ac quit working as did my rpm gauge what is happening?

The trans and AC are cotroled in part by the BCM. If Vehicle Speed Sensor is faulty then trans won't shift right. AC won't come on and no RPMs. So have VSS checked on right side axle housing next to where axle exits.
