I have dual zone climate control and have just noticed that when I have the heat on, it will mostly only blow cool air. Sometimes, I will get warm air from the left side for a few minutes, then it will go back to blowing cool air. I had the dealer look at it and they said it was the "oil cooler", what has this to do with the climate control problem? Any other possible causes or solutions?

I need you to check something. With the engine hot, running, and the heat on high, feel both heater core hoses to see if they are hot.

Let me know what you find.

The oil cooler was at fault, it was replaced under warranty, now it works fine.
