Per your advice I replaced the blower resistor, however, the unit still only works on 1, 3 & 4 speeds. No fan on 2 speed. Getting electricity to fan except for 2 speed. Switch seems to hang up in the 1-2 abd 2-3 switches. I think I need to replace this switch. I have been unable to find any info on how to change switches on the internet. Is there any help you can give me on how to do this?

Most likely 2 causes are I bad connection from switch to blower or the switch overheated on 2 and melted inside the switch. If you have an 05 only 05 ) Chrysler 300 and cant find a blower motor fan switch like this one because you must buy the whole temp control assembly then just purchase the exact match switch. Only sold online, part houses don't list this item in a search. The part is an AC DELCO 15-5691 blower fan switch
