Why does the check engine light come on in our 2003 Chrysler 300m?

The check engine light can come on for many reasons. If there is a problem that the computer picks up, it will set a code and turn on the light.

Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the engine for codes. The code will help identify why the light is on.
