Chirping noise in dash while in motion

Can you get a recording of this noise? The odd thing is that it is in the dash. I would suspect that this would be related to a wheel or tire. Possibly a drive shaft or other component that is spinning only while moving.

Also, is it possible that the noise is coming from outside the vehicle but you think it is in the dash? The best thing to try and do is lift the vehicle off all four tires and then put it in drive and look under the vehicle to see if you can pinpoint the area. Clearly if you don't hear it under the vehicle then we can go back in and look at the dash components.
