My car is three years old. I have done tire change from Costco two weeks back. So far it was serviced by Toyota service center. I started hearing chirp sound from left side (drivers side) from last week at high speed mostly on freeways above forty five mph speed. If I stop the car and restart again, sometimes the sound stops automatically. There is no sound at low speed. Is it safe to drive the care? Can someone help me on his? Thank you.

May be a low brake pad sensor, just a piece of metal that rubs when the pads are low. Drive a half mile with foot lightly on brake pedal to clean anything off of the caliper and brake pads.
