Chirping noise

I just had my fan belt changed, my car is still screeching when I accelerate on corners and when I take off from standstill especially when I have the heating on. But i'm also getting a chirping noise which started around the front passenger footwell. Since I had the belt changed it now sounds like it's coming from the drivers foot well. My steering also feels stiff every now and then especially when I accelerate off from being standstill. I can feel clicking in my steering wheel also when I slow down to stop. Please help
