The passenger side power window will only go down and not up. It's currently down and I can't get it up. I was told that I need a switch. Would that be the master switch on the driver's side or the switch on the passenger side or both. Also is this something I can replace myself and where would I find instructions on how to replace it.
Thanks!
Morty

Assuming it works from neither the left front, or right front switch, it would almost be most likely the passenger window switch, if it is a switch. Do you have a 12 volt test light, to diagnose and confirm would not be too difficult. You could have faulty(open) wiring that would cause this concern.
