Noises problem 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 84500 miles

i have a squeaking noise coming from the engine, I thought it was the serpentine belt, so I replaced that. A mechanic said it was the alternator bearings, so I replaced the alternator, but the noise returned the next day, so now I am not sure what it could be, can you help me? Also, should I get my money back from the shop since it was not caused by the alternator?

With the belt off, spin every pulley and listen for a grinding noise. As you spin the pulley it may feel rough and gritty as well. If it does, replace the bearing/pulley.

I removed the belt and it's still squealing. It only does when driving. I replaced the water pump, belt, and I took the belt off and Crunk it. It still seals when accelerating
