2002 Chevy Venture WEIRD NOISE

I have a 2002 Chevy Venture and I noticed 3 days ago it started making this noise that was very loud as I am driving. It almost sounds like a motorcycle is behind me and it gets louder as I speed up. I just got my front tires changed today, but did not mention to the mechanic it was making noise because I thought it had to do with the tires being bald and hitting on metal, but that's not what it was because when I left the shop, iut was still making the same noise. Do you have any clue of what this might be? Thanks so much!

Exhaust leak comes to mind. Do you hear anything different at idle? At idle take a rag in hand place over tailpipe do you hear loud hissing sound?
Also could be a bearing noise.
