I have change the cooling temprature sensors and termostate, and now it doesnt over heat any more, but the fan never stops, even with a cold start. Can you tell me what is wrong?

Check the a/c circuit, is the compressor clutch engaged? Also look at and test/replace the fan relays. They are in the underhood fuse block near the washer fluid reservoir.
