2001 Chevy Venture Fan blower

I have a 2001 Venture van. The blower motor works on the low speeds(1-4) but does not work on the high speed of 5. The rear ac works just fine. What could be wrong?

Remove the switch and check for power at the HIGH terminal (believe it's terminal "C")of the switch, with the ignition switch on and the blower switch on high. There should be 12 volts there. If there isn't voltage there replace the blower switch. (Can get then at junk yards pretty cheap).
