The other day I was at the bank drive thru and opened my window. When I was finished, I tried to close it but the switch didn't work. I took off the botton cover and with a thin screw driver was able to push a contact and raise the window shut.

I bought a new switch but, it still does the same thing. The (right) switch for the passanger window works fine. Does anyone know what it could be?

Hello

Put the old switch back on and see if you can raise it the way you did before. If you can not then most likely it is the window motor.

I have attached a Technical Service bulletin for you to review.

I have also attached a couple of pics showing you the item and the plug. You can troubleshoot the electrical by the pin on the plug.
