1998 Chevy Venture has a fuel leak about 3 feet from the fuel tank or the middle of the mini van engine starts up and I can move it but it streams out very rapidly when I do is there an easy fix or do I need to tow it in to a shop?

Well it may very well be an easy fix, you just have to determine if its coming from the fuel line or around the fuel filter. If its in the line, go to autozone and see what kind of products they have to repair it. I've seen people take a piece of a garden hose and cut out the area that is leaking and put each end into the hose and clamp it on both sides with a worm clamp, just as a quick fix, but the parts stores have the correct tubing to do this
