I have a 88 chevey g20 conver. Van . My problem is the front end shakes with I hit the brakes I have had new brakes, rotors but on it to try to stop it the steering wheel will shake a little bit too when I hit the brakes please help me

Worn/loose Steering linkages, worn and loose wheel bearings and ball joints can cause the shaking and steering wheel vibration. On an 88 with high mileage I would look for a combination of the items i've mentioned.
