Hello there,
me and my co-worker just rebuilt a chevy 350 engine thats out and back in a chevy 3500 van 1998, it has power, spark, and theres fuel going to it when I turn then key it allmost starts and then it just doesnt, all the engine harness is pluged in all new parts are on it all sensors and plugs wires and so on, is there a chance that it could be the distrubiter or the cap thats not on the right spot I despretly need help on this, whats should I do next?

Yes dist could be a problem along with many others. Have you tried turning dist while cranking. Hook up timing light crank when it flashes you should see crank mark close to timin cover if not see way out
