1990 Chevy Van Serpintine belt

My sepintine belt keeps falling off ill tighten last a couple of days then I go start it and it falls of all pullys seem fine should I bypass the a/c pulley will that work im out of reasons why it keeps falling off

It's falling off because there is a problem with one of the pulleys. It may be an alignment issue or there may be wear in one of the components that allows to pulley to tilt at an angle which will cause the belt to migrate right off the edge.
You need to install the belt and then examine it very closely. Look for one pulley that's not in alignment or one where the belt seems to be traveling to one side. It usually requires the tension of the belt to expose thiss issue.
