Electric seats Move at stop and go

Both of the front electric seats move. I first noticed when I stopped at a stop sign and the seat slid forward. Then, as I accelerated from the stop sign it slid back. I can put my feet on the floorboard and push back and forth and make the seat move. The passenger side just started doing this today. I'm guessing it only moves a 1/2 inch or so but it's annoying and I want to fix it. Plus I'm not sure this is safe. Thanks for any incite.

Check the bolts on the seat adjusters. I have replaced alot of them but sometimes you can get by with just tightening them up. You may have to take the seat out or at least loose so you can get to all of them.

I took a look under the seat and was able to push and pull on the seat as I looked under it. The bolts are all tight. The movement is at the two rails that the seat slides back and forth on. The seat is electric and they work but at rest I can push and pull on the seat and it slides about 1/2 inch back and forth.

If all the bolts are secure then I would say that in order to fix that seat chuck you are going to have to replace the adjusters.
