ECM PROB. Have spark, fuel to tbi no start no codes

1989 chev 2500 no start have power to all wires to injectors, does the ecm supply power to inj or does it supply ground to complete with power supplied from ign switch circuit hocked up code reader noo flash on dash. Check guagelight which just stays on didnt see any check eng light cant remember if it has it. Any ideas as to what is should do next would help

You are correct. They call it the pcm in these trucks but yes the pcm supplies the ground to activate the injector. On each injector there are two wires --injector 1: should have 1 blue and 1 pink (or red), injector 2: should have 1 green and 1 pink (or red). The pink (or red) wire is essentialy the same wire and it's connected to a 20 amp fuse under the hood in a terminal fuse block marked ECM-1--- mini fuse. This wire has 12 volts in start or run. The blue and green wires are the grounds. Connected to the pcm. First, make sure the pcm has a good ground. Second, make sure there is power to the pink (or red) wires at the injector with the key turned on. Third, have an assistant crank the engine and look to see if there is fuel coming out of the injectors. You can also connect a niod light up to the injector and see if it flashes.
