I added about 2 qts. Of green anti-freeze to a Chevy truck that has dex-cool coolant in it. I read on a couple websites that mixing the two COULD be of some concern. Is this enough to warrant flushing the system? Or, should it be OK?

No need to get a flush immediately. Mixing the conventional coolant with Dex-Cool simply degrades the service interval (approx. 150k miles down to 30k miles). You can run it like this for around 30k miles or 2 years, then you will want to drain and refill with proper Dex-Cool which will then last for 150k miles or around 5 years.
