I have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier. I drove in a snow storm and now my check engine light is on and my trac off light is on. What could be the problem?

You need to change the oxigen sensor

You need to find out what codes are in the computer before replacing anything. Many possible problems. Once you have them we can go further.

Trac light on= no computor codes.
Simply replace the trany filter. It will turn off the light and stop the hard shifting.
