1998 Chevy Truck Stalling

Engine Performance problem
1998 Chevy Truck V8 Automatic 80,000 miles

Drove my chevy 1500 V8 RV to FL last week. 1000 miles, no problems.
Now in FL, the engine stalls when driven short trips during midday. (90, sunny, humid)
Engine stalls at idle. Even stalls when coasting to stop at red light.
Re-starts OK but stalls next idle.
All else seems OK

Check for vacuum leaks aroung the air intake boot and then check your idle air control motor to make sure it is moving. Remove IAC and plug back in and turn on the air conditioning and see it it moves quickly. It may be working too slow and needs to be replaced. Service the throttle body by cleaning all build up aroung the intake. When was the last tune up?
