the heater/AC fan will not work at any speed setting

Most likely blower motor is bad. Check for power at the plug going to the motor. Sometimes you can tap on the motor case and jar it to temporarily work and help confirm.

Also check the fuse for that circuit, and the switch although less likley may be the source.
