1997 Chevy Truck water in the gas

1997 Chevy Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 170000 miles

i accidently put some bad gas in the truck, maybe 2 gallons that had some water in it. Now the truck wont stat. I put some heat in, but nothing. What do I do, is there a place to use starter fluid or either to make it go? Help
