I have a 1996 and when I push my 4x4 button nothing happens but when I put it in netreal it will go into 4lo but will not go into 4hi do u have any idea why it wont work the right way for me. Could it be the accuator on the front?

It could be! Have the transfer case control module scanned for codes first.
