lost all of the above lights at same time. checked all fuses found parking light fuse blown.replaced fuse with same amp fuse. fuse blew again.checked all other fuses underhood all good. i am really stuped. do not know what to do next. have checked all bulbs,all good.

You have a short circuit with the running lights circuit-could be the multifunction switch-No electrical background bring it in. NOTE: Do not use a higher amperage fuse to get it going-could catch on fire.

It doesn't blow till you turn on the headlites/park lites? You may have to get at the connector for the headlights. Brown wire carries voltage for the lites your missing, probably a short to ground. Probably the tail lite circuit, but, there is a junction on the brown wire where several circuits come together. You need to be sure which circuit branch the short is on, rather than find the short, you splice in a new wire on that branch.
