1995 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced the following and it still backfires, stalls and is sluggish after it warms up:

fuel filter
fuel pump
dist cap
rotor
spark plus
wires
knock sensor

With engine cold, measure the resistance of the ECT and IAT sensors. Write um down.

Run the vehicle then re check write um down again.

Are they close and similar in resistance both when hot.

And close and similar when both are cold?

Hows the fuel pressure?

Ever change/have the ignition control module looked at or the ignition coil?
