1994 Chevy Truck antifreeze leak

I have a anifreeze leak on a engine mount bolt on my driver side, I want to know if it just needs tightened or is it something else. Anybody heard of this. It's a 94 1500 5.7 litre

What does the bolt hold on? The way I am reading this it is the motor mount bolt? Best thing to do first is have it pressure checked. That way you will know where exactly the leak is. For example it could be from a thermastat gasket leak or the bolts not tight enough. Has the truck overheated. I mean really badly? See if you can pinpoint where the leak is. Let me know ok?

The bolt is from the motor mount to the block. No the truck hasn't over heated it has a new waterpump and radiator
