1993 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My truck is burning too rich, is there a way I can adjust it? It is a 350 small block.

If its a carburetor you can adjust -but an EFI operates differently-could be the oxygen sensor, coolant temperature sensor, injectors, pressure regulator, clogged return line and fuel pump
