I have a 1993 chevy s-10 4.3L V6 4x4 143,000 miles. I just put in a new transmission but I don't know if I put the throw out bearing in right? The way I put it in is the big end into the bell-housing and the smaller part towards the fly-wheel and then placed the fork into the slot of the throw out bearing. Is this done right? I don't think I did it right because it's squealing?
