Hi, and thank you for responding to my question. Well the day started like this I went out to my garage and tried to start up the truck again. No luck, I went ahead and bought the TPS and put it on when I did this it started right up no problem. I was excited, I figured it must have been a bad TPS. The truck sounded good no hesitation running smooth, Idle was good. I thought that fixed it. I decided to take a chance and take it for a test drive it drove like good no hesitation no power loss. I went to the auto store and when I was leaving I put it in drive and it died. I thought oh no! I then cranked it up again and it started drove to the stop light and it shut off again. Now I was hoping I would not be stranded, It seemed like when I would come to a stop sign or light and I applied the brakes when the engine reved down it would stall. So I had to leave my foot on the gas pedal so it could stay reved higher than normal. I barely made it back home and it died in my driveway. I tried to start it and no luck it would not start. It was doing it again. It is now cranking but will not turn over. It's like all of sudden there is power loss and no fuel goes in to the carb. I went looking for the fuel pressure gage and the auto store had to order one. Therefore I could not do the reading on it. And for the resistance on the injectors, I don't understand how its done. If you can explain I can try and see if I can do it. Is it maybe possible that the Crank Position Sensor is out. If So where would it be located, I cant figure out where it would be. I have a book on auto repair and all it does is talk about it and how to install and uninstall it. But it does not point out where it is located exactly. Also after replacing the TPS I still get code 22 pointing towards the TPS. I thought buying a new one would have solved it. Along with that code I'm still getting code 54 fuel pump circuit low voltage. It seems that some how the fuel is interrupted and closed off from going into the carb. Like if the engine reaches a certain temp and then shuts down. I've heard others mention something about the ignition. I took Monday off so I could work on it hoping I would get it going. I will have to return to work on Tuesday therefore limiting the time I have to get things done on it. I vow to work on it after work I really need to get my truck up and running again. So far here is a list of things I have replaced with new ones. Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, TPS. I almost bought the fuel pressure regulator kit. Can this be the culprit if so why would it work sometimes and all of sudden not work. Is there something else that I can check in the mean time while waiting on the fuel pressure gage. Do you think the crankshaft position sensor is the one causing this. Lost and confused thanx for your help friend.

The problem I'm having is-There is no listing on this vehicle having a camshaft and crankshaft position sensor-You still need to check the fuel pressure.

code 54 fuel pump circuit low voltage. see below
