How do you adjust the wiper arm stop position on a 92 Chevy Truck? The pulse board is new, so is it the wiper motor?

I would pull the wiper motor off and then turn the wipers on then turn them off, the motor should be in the proper position, I would then move the wipers themselves to the proper position and insert the motor and everything should be fine
