I had a frost plug fall into my 350 I can't see or feel it anymore. Any suggestions on how to retrieve the old one or unfortunatly do I have to leave it there and hope for the best. Thanks for your replies.

Oh my, I'm sorry but you must get it out. Try a magnet and when you get it bend it in half or something. If you cannot get it out you must replace the block. If you hope for the best your hopes will be shattered in time along with the bearings, rods, and probably the crank. Good luck.
