The truck wont start right away you can crank it over for about a minute then as sooon as the oil gauge shows pressure you cab look in the throttle body and then it feeds fuel starts and runs fine and will restart right up unless you let it set for a while.
I changed the oil pressure sending unit, fuel filter etc. No change need help//thanks Bill

Try the fuel rump relay if the fuel pump does not turn on right away the oil pressure sensor will command the fuel pump on when it sees oil pressure

I'm not sure if your 1990 350 is exactly the same as my 1989 350 but on mine I have an oil presure switch at the back of the intake manifold and to the right of the distibutor that if it does not read presure will shut off the fuel pump. It's a low oil presure safety switch. At one time the brass fitting it was screwed into cracked and it took a higher presure to get mine to start. You could check there also.
