I have a 1988 Chevy pickup, C1500 305L engine with 215,000 miles. Accelerator is pressed to the floor while driving, cannot get passed 20 to 30 mph. Changed the following items based on measurements and code and sensor readings SPONSORED LINKS

Check for an exhaust restriction could very well be the catalytic converter if not test the rest below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
