1986 Chevy Truck Fast idle after warmed up

I have just purchased this pickup and it has been sitting for 4 years. The pickup has a Goodwrench 350 with a carter 4 brl carb. After the engine is warmed up it still idles fast. I have checked for vaccume leaks and have found none. My question is what else could I look for that might be causing this?
