Hi, I have a concern, My 82 chevy caprice is kind of low, I wanted to know how to raise the car up so I can put bigger rims on it. Do I only have to change to bigger shocks, or what else do I need to adjust so it can be higher.

Yes. Bigger rims. That's all the world needs.

Usually proper shocks, struts, and springs will do the trick. Depending on how "high" you want to go. Keep in mind you may need to calibrate your speedometer after putting large rims on the vehicle because it will most likely throw it off.
