BOTH BLINKERS BLINK AT THE SAME TIME, I HAVE NEW LIGHT HARNESS FRONT AND REAR, IF YOU TURN THE RIGHT BLINKER ON THEY BOTH BLINK AND THE LEFT SIDE MARKER BLINKS AND VISE VERSA. IT DOESNT MATTER WITCH SIDE I TURN ON THEY BOTH BLINK.

Check all your bulbs. One bad bulb will make this happen.

Have you looked into your turn signal switch? They get pricey, assuming your a do-it-your-selfer, without owning a power-probe, its really hard for me to tell you which component is bad. My advice is check the flasher. There maybe 2. A turnsignal flasher, and a hazard flasher. Chances are one of the 2 are bad. Look into those before the switch. They are alot cheaper also.
