2005 Chevy Trailblazer Gas gauge quit working

I have a 05 aTrailblazer and when I filled up last night, the gauge says Empty and the low fuel light stays on. How do I fix this?

You will need to check the resistance of the fuel level sensor in the tank. It will probably show an open circuit. If so, the sensor is faulty. If not, the instrument cluster could be faulty.
