2003 Chevy Trailblazer windsheild wipers

When I turn right the windsheild come on until I turn it back to center.

Wire shorted. Probably either located in the steering column where the windshield wiper switch wires run or under the hood, somewhere where when you turn right it would make a wire touch ground or another wire. Probably in the steering column would be my guess.
