My window motor regulator ( I think) unraveled or came off track. It looks like a wire inside the door that controls the window. It make a cranking or grinding noise when you try to control the window but It wont move the window at all and the window Is in the down position like it fell off track.

I have the same vehicle. The grinding/crunching noise is probably the wire from the cable system has come undone and wrapped itself around the motor pully. Mine did this and I removed the assembly and tried to fix it, but I could not repair it. So I ordered a new assembly ($132.00) and installed it. It is really a pretty easy job, but it helps if you have someone help you hold the glass and set it in the new assembly guides.I did not.
