2001 Chevy Tahoe-5.3L-88,000 miles. ABS light has come on and I can hear the EHCU. ECHU continues to run even after ignition is off. What's the problem?

Well your abs is out and you need a new one. If the abs motor is still running, when you shut off the truck. You will need to pull the fuse to the abs. (Under the hood of truck). So your battery dose not die. You will now need to get a new abs module which runs from $700 to $1000
