2005 Chevy Tahoe ideling ruff

Engine idels ruff but once you start driveing it goes away until you stop then it does it again at idel. The vechicle sat for a few months, does it just need to be driven?

Clean your EGR valve and ports, your PCV valve and also clean your throttle body and IAC module and ports.
