I have a tahoe that runs on regular gas or Ethanol 85. The Ethanol 85 gives less miles per gallon but burns cleaner and gives better performance. Can I effectively raise the MPG by adding cold air intake and a new MAS? Besides these two options, you guys have any other ideas for raising the ethanol 85 MPG? Its a 5.3L V-8.Thanks!!

a cold air intake will give you more power, and lots of people claim gains of 5mpg

and a new MAS sensor can help, especially if the old one is fouled.

also a new air filter that is high flow and a exhaust system true duals with high performance mufflers will increase gas mileage also as the engine will run more efficiently.

also some fuel system cleaner, properly inflated tires.
