My truck makes a ticking noise when I crank it up on the passenger side of motor but disappears after I drive it a little. Could it be vanish or slug and do it need to be flushed or stuck lifter caused from the vanish

Get your oil changed, does noise go away fro a little bit or stay the same no matter what?

Could be a worn lifter or rocker.

If the patterns are the same you are good to go! If not you may need a new engine or some modifications.
