2002 Chevy Tahoe Loud whistle coming from air vents

2002 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 112k miles

from 30mph and higher, we experience a loud whistling coming from front passenger dashboard vents. Checked frront cowl intake and can not see any blockage.

Ok not sure how much we can do over the net on this one but let see what we can figure out. Ok let me ask some questions first. Is this an extra cab truck and if so does it have a bug sheild that was recently installed that is a metal one? Secondly have you checked to see if this truck has a cabin air filter system if not check that and see if the filters are dirty. Lets start there and see what happens. Get back to me on what you find.

No neew bug screen. This is a 4dr SUV and does have a cabin filter but I do not know how to access it.

Ok use the pic below to remove the cover and access the filter.
